Kingdom
Projects was established in 1976 as an Extended Employment Sheltered Workshop.
They employee about 100 certified employees, who have been approved by the
Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's (DESE) Divisions of
Vocational Rehabilitation.
Their
activities include recycling, placement of recycling bins, and production
department, janitorial service, maintenance of Mineloa Hill Rest Area on I-70,
contract rash pick-up and mowing.
United Way funds will help to subsidize the hot lunch program at KPI.
